When you need images as a PDF
Scanned receipts, whiteboard photos, ID documents and screenshot collections are usually easier to store, print and share as a single PDF rather than a folder of loose image files.
Step-by-step
- Open the Images to PDF tool and select or drag in your JPG or PNG files.
- Reorder images if needed — the order you set becomes the page order in the final PDF.
- Choose a page size (A4 or Letter are the most common choices for printing) and orientation.
- Pick a fit mode: fit-width and fit-height scale the image to the page while preserving its aspect ratio, while fill and stretch prioritize covering the page.
- Set a margin preset, or use a custom margin if you need precise spacing for printing or binding.
- Optionally enable page numbers, which prints a small "1 / N" label at the bottom of every page — useful for multi-page scans that need to stay in order after printing.
- Click Convert. The tool builds the PDF locally and takes you to a result screen with a download button.
Tips
- If your images are different sizes, fit-width usually produces the most consistent-looking document.
- For ID documents or receipts you plan to print, A4 with a small margin keeps content away from printer edge cutoffs.
- You can convert a single image to PDF the same way — just select one file instead of several.
